Segment Synopsis: Wheeler talks about the assistance she receives from police and fire departments in the area of traffic control for roadside clean ups. Burton then talks about his admiration for the Johnson County (Ky.) constable, as well as a story involving a man cited for drunk driving and criminal littering. Next, Wheeler talks about her county’s utilization of the septic system improvement program, before returning to a story about a young boy who enjoys participating in roadside clean ups. The pair then talk about the pitfalls of using children to clean up roadside litter, as well as the use of inmates.
