Segment Synopsis: They came to Indianapolis first, where her husband had a job. She missed her family but then she was pregnant and she met friends at the mosque and began to take English classes. After two years they moved to Lexington for her husband's new job. She then began studying child development while working at a day care. "I think it is a gift from God to help children." She speaks French as well as Arabic, and is taking Spanish. She met people at the mosque in Lexington. She received a certificate in Indianapolis that said "Elegant Woman" and people in Lexington have been positive about her dress.
