She talks about transitioning to the heath post and home visits with community members, along with the nutritional needs of the community. She talks about working with a nurse to change the sex education curriculum and her experience in teaching students. She talks about the difficulties of struggling to fit in at first, and growing relationships over time. She talks about how she was unable to teach the entire curriculum due to schools closing because of COVID-19, and how the students are unable to continue this topic because of the lack of online schooling resources in Paraguay. Hermanowski talks about her hopes to return to her site and be able to do more with her community.

She talks about her slow readjustment to being back home living with her parents and to the new way of things, along with the support from others readjusting as well.
