Description
West Chester University's newspaper, Quad Angles, published a newspaper article discussing the on-campus and nationwide Vietnam Moratorium protest that will be held on October 15, 1969. Students called for a temporary suspension of classes on the day of the protest, but the university's president, Paul W. Rossey, replied to students in an open letter featured in the newspaper, stating that classes would be held as scheduled.
