One half of the new house that was made available for Zeta Beta Tau. The description to the left describes the new house, and how it was available for the fraternity due to the organization adding more members than before at the time.

Zeta Beta Tau finally managed to get their new fraternity house that was being planned for them for a few years. This is a prime example of their hard work being paid off.
